I had a great experience at Meineke thanks to Steve and the entire team. Steve was professional, patient, and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which I really appreciated. The technicians did a thorough job, and it was clear they took my concerns seriously and focused on safety, not just selling unnecessary work. The communication, honesty, and teamwork really stood out. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust, but this location definitely earned my confidence. I’m grateful for Steve and the crew for taking good care of me and my vehicle. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

I broke down while they were closed and got it dropped off, the very next morning they had it in and diagnosed! Steve(I believe) and the other guy in the shop were very kind and super helpful when I possibly needed to do payment plan. I got my truck back same day!! All good to go! I really appreciated them!

This place in collinsville was great. I have been to Meineke before but at a different location. I moved a year ago so I was hoping to find one nearby. Steve and his team were very efficient, polite and reasonable.

I like the location and the mechanics but Meineke corporate really screwed me. I had a tuneup done there and they hadn't pushed a connector all the way into the alternator which left me stranded. They had me call their corporate towing service who outright lied to me and left me stranded in a bad area for 6 hours and even charged me for the tow. It's sad because I was planning on using them further in the future but I was lied to, treated poorly, and left to rot for 6 hours waiting by their corporate offices due to their error. I liked the location, it's too bad they're Meineke. It wasn't the location it was their corporate office the left me stranded, things happen with repairs but to treat a customer in that manner was completely unacceptable.
