Club Car Wash

Whoever the chic is that’s working today at 2/24 at 1:25pm that wears the dark shades needs customer service training. I was waiving her to me because I had a question about the black splash on the sides of my vehicles but instead of her trying to see what’s concerns were she kept waving me to pull in. Of course I can’t ask once they both start spraying. She was very rude never smiled or anything just kept prompting me to drive in. The other lady addressed my concerns and told the other lady to shut off the tire shine because she said that’s what was causing it. Could have all been so simple. So instead of a great review from a membership holder you get this. This was my first time at this location. Everyone else is so pleasant. I guess she thought I was gonna bite her. 🙄

My back windshield wiper blade detached during a car wash. Nick, the manager, was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue and eventually found the wiper blade. The overall customer service was excellent, and Nick’s performance as manager seems to be more than excellent. Thank you again!

Are you kidding me? 7:20pm on a Thursday - no towels and no vacuums. Eventually found a few towels around the corner in on a cart in front of the building, where they are not supposed to be. No towels in the mailbox at entrance, none on the cart on side of building, none in the red towel receptacles. Guy turned off the vacuums around 7:40pm to empty them. If you are going to be open till 8:00pm then be open and fully functional until 8pm, not 7:30, not 7:40, not 7:50. Turn off the vacuums at 8 and empty them after close, not while customers are still trying to use your services.

One of the best car washes I can get in my area. But as good as the wash is, the pressure is twice that. If I wanted to be a member, I’d join. I had to tell the lady FOUR times today I just wanted a single wash. It’s been like that the last handful of times I’ve used that car wash. No wash is worth that.

Towels are usually not available 😕 Vacuums work great.. don't like how they crowd the cars in the tunnel.. I understand they get busy, but I still would feel better if there was more space between cars
