Great place to get parts and normally the customer service is really good. I only have one star down cause there was a time I waited 15 minutes and not a single person was at the register. And I just put the stuff back and walked out. Honestly that’s an outlier and not the norm for them. Other than that. Great place and staff.

DeAngelo went above and beyond. I came in with a code. He diagnosed it and provided me with part. Where he really was wonderful though was when he came over to me in the parking lot later as he saw me struggling to get the old part out. He guided me through it and together we made it happen. I had an excellent experience with the parts I purchased and they are very helpful. Purchased all my parts here now and got a great Innova CarScan Pro 5610 OBD2 Automotive Fault Scanner here when my Ignition Coils were having problems. Advance Auto Saves me money and gives great advice, Customer for Life.

The store manager was very rude and disrespectful. Just because I am a woman he was acting like wasn't smart enough to know what part I was buying.

Great store friendly staff, I needed a new alternator, and they were very helpful and actually showed me with there tester that I actually just needed a new pulley and belt which saved me a couple hundred bucks, this is my go to store and I find myself stopping by when I need anything automotive related.
