Advance Auto Parts

I recently had to purchase new windshield wipers at 8am on a very cold NH morning I went to Advanced Auto Parts on Loudon Rd in Concord. I was waited on very promptly.There were none in stock for my vehicle but Dan offered to order them along with selling me a rear wiper and the arm that it attaches to. He called me just after 2pm the same day that my parts were in. I went back and Dan very quickly installed my new wiper blades despite it still being freezing outside. I would definitely recommend this store. Ask for Dan :)

I buy parts for many different shops.. when I need a batterie.. they sell die hard one of the best.. Some of there prices beat other shops Some don't. The staff are very knowledgeable and have a great sense of yuma .

I've never really had a problem. Like any parts store you need to pretty much bring your part with you to ensure it's absolutely correct. Parts come in quick, I understand they can't stock everything. Staff has always been nice and help as much as they can. Always clean, always stocked. Clean parking lot, not "toxic vibes". A person could go ask to get their wipers put on and not be intimidated. Its handy also that just with your phone number they keep track of all transactions. Allot of businesses should learn from this.

They even had a convenient QR code that guided me in selecting the right windshield wipers. But the real highlight was Reggie—he went above and beyond by patiently explaining all the current promotions and extended warranty options available. Who knew that buying windshield wipers could be such a smooth and enjoyable experience? This store definitely sets the standard for exceptional customer service. Highly recommend
