Battery died while on a road trip. They were over the top helpful and even changed the battery for me and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. My young son was with me and they even offered for him to stay inside to stay warm. Air temp today was 10 degrees.
The lady behind the counter did not help me at all. She was rude seems she did not want to be here. Then they were laughing with some guy and saying bad stuff I think this store needs to have some management issues taken in accountability because the store sucks really bad. You can’t even help your customers find Windshield wiper blades. That is very sad.
Went to have them test. My battery took him forever. Never showed me the reading said the battery was fine and I needed a new alternator. He was wrong. I went to mr. tire. Battery was dead, alternator was fine.
Awesome customer service very knowledgeable. It works very hard at their job.
Brandon was my salesman and was very helpful and was very kind and is courteous. Would highly recommend him.
