My car was acting strange so I took it here to get the battery tested. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. One of the younger kids helped check my battery- he was respectful and polite and was able to hold a conversation. I ended up taking it back a few hours later to get new windshield wipers and another young kid helped me pick them out and install them. It was freezing outside and both of these employees were so friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience (like I’ve experienced at other places). I will definitely come back here anytime I need something for my car.

Five stars all around! I had car trouble, which I believed to be a dead battery. For nearly 1 hour, Roland, the general manager attempted to trouble shoot my car's issues... in the pouring rain! He went above and beyond to assist me. The other employees were just as courteous and knowledgeable during my visit. Thanks again, Roland! Needles to say, I highly recommend this store.

Roland saved me and my car!! I went to auto zone and they didn’t know anything about what happened to my car they just kept giving me products to purchase and guessed what was wrong with my car but when I brought it to Advanced Auto parts on Atwood Roland was able to tell right away what the issue was and how to solve it. The customer service was amazing and my engine light immediately came off my dash as soon as Roland fixed the issue. I will forever trust Roland and will go to this place whenever my car has any troubles again. Thank you again Roland!!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the general manager Roland at the store in Cranston on Atwood avenue. He was the most helpful and knowledgeable person that I’ve come in contact with in a long time I was desperate to fix my car. I needed a battery in an alternator in order to get to work in the morning and he gave me all the parts that I needed for the new alternator and the new battery at 5:15 PM. Returned with the job completed by 7:30 PM the same evening ready to go to work the next day. He not only helped me fix my car with his knowledge in expedited the parts for me, But he saved my job in my reputation in my workplace. Now this is worth writing about. I suggest if you need anything done to your vehicle that you come down and speak with Roland at the advanced auto parts on Atwood

Always my go-to place for my car needs. I stopped in yesterday as I had broken a windshield wiper that morning and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They helped put the new wipers on my car and I was in and out in 10 minutes!
