Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to plug in the code reader and explained what was going on with my car. He also helped check and secure my gas cap, making sure everything was properly tightened. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Great customer service!

The store associate David was very helpful in identifying the repair kit I needed to fix the door latch cables for my truck. He even pulled up a YouTube video to ensure I knew how to use it and the kit worked perfectly. This was the 3rd auto parts store I had been to to get some help with my cable repair but it will be the first one next time!

My first experience here was fabulous! Sending Harry my heartfelt appreciation for helping me find new wiper blades and a cabin air filter for my car today. He is a great listener, as well as extremely kind and courteous.

I like as advanced but some are nicer than others and some have knowledgeable staff others don't.

Rico service is top notch. Part ordered online, was not in the store when I arrived for pick up. He searched the entire store and made a phone call to nearby Advance Auto that verified they had the part in-hand. I highly recommend this location. I have been a customer over 4 years, and will continue to be.
