I stopped by tonight at 8:05 (they close at 8 on Sundays, found that out once I got there) hoping someone might be able to quickly scan my car since my engine light had just come on. I completely understand that I arrived after closing and wasn’t expecting service, I simply knocked to ask. Unfortunately, the employee who didn’t even bother coming to the door responded by SCREAMING at me instead of just calmly explaining they were closed and unable to help. I respect business hours and would have totally understood a polite “we’re closed” but being spoken to that way was really unnecessary and disappointing. Customer service matters, even at closing time. Would not recommend this place.
Awesome customer service
Second attempt at this specific location to replace a part under warranty. Management doesn't honor lifetime warranty on parts. They tell you that they will only replace a part if it has issues with in a few years and can't replace your purchased parts the life of the vehicle like the website and manufacturer says. They try to avoid working to request credit for warranty parts instead of honoring their customers warranty/ investment. I recommend shopping somewhere else.
Super friendly and helpful. Only having two people working does make it harder to get service if you need assistance. Small wait in these cases.
The BEST customer service we've EVER seen!! We were 1200 miles from home for my father in law's funeral and the battery in our truck died 45 minutes away from the store, and closing time. After a jump start, while my husband drove, I called the store. The sweet cashier, Debbie I believe, took the vehicle info, pulled the battery and had it ready for us. While my husband changed it in the store lot, Debbie took care of the core refund so we wouldn't have to return the day of the funeral. We are so grateful for her genuine compassion!
