They didn't have what I needed but they were so helpful that they gave me some ideas and shopped around to look for it online. Then he apologized for not being able to help. Super helpful. Nice folks.
The prices are low to mid on most stuff. I will ALWAYS try this store first for the great customer service I received. Its always friendly but the 'new' employee went above and beyond by first admitting they didn't know anything about car parts yet but let me come back with her and look thru their bolts together which is way beyond every other auto parts store that will just shrug. They did not have my bolt but I knew they wouldn't before trying. Not easy finding a 1/2"-13 x 2" long hex hydraulic sight glass mounting bolt. :) but thanks for the effort. Customer service is garbage almost everywhere nowadays.
Experienced personnel and parts at the right price.
Customer service was great! Scott actually took his time to make sure I had the correct wiper blades for my vehicle, also they work as a team inside. Overall I give them a five star.
They had what I needed and the gentleman that helped me even went out to my car to verify I had the correct item.
