I arrived to this location and spoke with a member at the desk who stated they do battery inspections and replacements but due to staffing they were unable to do either for me today. Because of the lack of service and customer satisfaction I had to chase around another competitor store for my car battery replacement and got it done in less than 20 minutes. I left the location dissatisfied that I was not able to get my car battery replaced after reviewing the free battery testing and car battery replacement services offered by this location.

Always enjoyed coming here to get my parts for my family's vehicle because they are fairly priced, tonight however, sat Dec 20th , I went to buy a simple tiny light bulb for my impala and the lady behind the counter Proceeds to tell me what I need to buy, now mind you I've already found what I need so i tell her I'm all set I don't need anything else and she proceeded to tell me I absolutely needed to buy light bulb grease, to which I replied no I don't I need just the bulb, so she goes on a 5min rant about something regarding her old job at auto zone, needless to say she ended up charging me 1.99 for bulb grease I never asked for nor needed I've never used it ever, quite honestly as a customer I felt very disrespected, I will be returning tomorrow to return the grease that I didn't nee

The workers here are prompt and friendly. I like to order online beforehand and grab the order and go when I get to the store. My orders are always ready and correct. I am in and out with my order within 2-5 minutes everytime

I paid for my car parts and had them sent here, but this stores employees refused to look for or give me any parts without a manger present and I waited for the better part of an hour at the store and no management showed up. I will never come here or recommend this place again. Poorly managed and staffed heavily disappointing.

Went there in the morning on November 11th, was no one in the front at all. Saw 2 guys in the back talking. The older guy yelled out, will be with you shortly. So I waited and waited. No one came. I asked, how much longer do I need to wait. He , yelled back. No one came to work today. I was like, you did. So why aren't you helping me! Waited and just left! Worst experience I ever had ! I guess them being in the back talking was way more important than, coming to the front to cash out! Will not recommend this Avance Auto Part in Eastpointe to anyone!
