I had an absolutely amazing experience at Advance Auto Parts on Fairview Road thanks to Mr. Elvin, the general manager. Not only did he help me find the exact battery I needed, but when it wasn’t in stock, he personally went out of his way to leave the store, pick up the battery himself, and install it for me — all with a great attitude and professionalism you rarely see these days. Elvin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and it honestly turned a stressful situation into a great experience. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. If you ever need anything auto-related, I highly recommend this location and especially Mr. Elvin — he sets the standard for outstanding customer service!
Great got a pricey but very good battery for my Mustang and it was installed in 5 mins on the way to work. The two workers inside at the time were great!
One of the best auto part stores around. Always lets you use codes or coupons online. Before you pick up your order.
I will continue to say treat people the way you want to be treated... Without being extremely long winded, It was difficult dealing with the staff and finding an in-store solution to resolving my problem. Customer Care did resolve the issue.
Only person that actually helps you is the lady…everyone else’s customer service is trash…I’ll start going to Auto Zone
