Advance Auto Parts

This store has always been a wonderful place to go. I favor this store for the place I order my parts to for pickup or to do in store purchases. However, lately the quality of service, knowledge and friendliness that the employees here embody is astounding. The general manager Alex and one of their parts driver's AL are amazing people and they show the quality of people that this company should continue to hire.

Super friendly and helpful service. I know nothing about cars and walking into these places is usually an intimidating experience for me. The manager and staff I have met so far have been welcoming and helped me with whatever I needed. A breath of fresh air! Thank you.

Trina & Dennis were Amazing! We are 60 years old, and have never experienced someone working as hard as they did for us. Dennis was great at getting the refund through for the part that did not work, but said it was a sure fit on the Internet, while Trina drove to another advanced auto and picked up the part we needed! Absolutely above and beyond, customer service was exceptional! It’s good to know that people still will go the extra mile in their job, to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thank you both so much!

Parts people are awesome here. I deal with both commercial and retail side, as well as parts delivery. Would definitely recommend checking here for parts
