Dale was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the correct parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I had originally received the wrong rotors and brake pads, but he quickly located the right ones at another store. Without hesitation, he sent a driver to pick them up, and I had the correct parts in my hands within about 40 minutes. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service Dale provided. Five stars for both him and the delivery driver!

Purchased a brand new battery for my 2012 Toyota Camry and had it installed by one of the Advance Auto Parts ‘technicians’, who are allegedly trained to install new batteries. The employee didn’t secure my battery properly and didn’t tighten the terminal. If this employee had been properly trained, not been in a hurry, cared about providing good customer service, and installed my battery correctly, my car would have started the next morning. Great customer service! Dale and John came out to help me with my check engine light on in the freezing cold,and both were very nice and patient. Highly recommend this location.

Sent somewhere in there about 20minutes before close they got there. The worker was clueless so she called me and I had to explain brake needs. After he looks up wrong stuff he looks again and says they have it. Now it hit 701pm after his failure job of knowing something so simple and told her we closed now system shuts down we can’t sell any of the stuff we just looked up and have in stock. Not my fault you can’t look anything up in your system it was a 5minute job to look that up not 25mins.
