Phenomenal customer service! I wasn’t happy with my original tire purchase and Josh worked with me through the entire process. I purchased tires for my 2020 Ram 2500 and my wife’s 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. We got alignments and oil changes while we were there. Each vehicle was completed in the same afternoon. I Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for making the entire process so manageable

Desperate for a tire repair while traveling, Micheal ( Mgr) helped us in our hour of need! We tried another tire repare shop, and the wait to get in was 1.5 hours. After being in business for 93 years (1932), we were so glad to have this experience-professional help with at least 5 service bays to do the work!!! The waiting room was very large and comfortable with a TV. Half our traveling party walked to the nearby stores to pass the time. We were shocked that it was ready to go after they expedited it!!! They went above and beyond our expectations!!!!!!! Very friendly manager; Micheal was telling us Grismer's history, and that's always a gold standard knowing how many years experience a business has. Highly recommend!

I scheduled my car to get a inspection to make sure it's safe to be driven planned to visit my granddaughter out of town. Up on their $200 inspection I was told I needed a new motor possibly costing five grand and the car was not worth fixing. I went to another shop and just was told today that the spark plugs were just rusted needed to change them out total cost $400 grismer tried to rip me off. I want my money back. I will be reporting this to the better Business bureau. Sam's Auto shop in miamisburg is the place to go to honest service great prices excellent work grismer is a ripoff.

Website does not work to book appointments. Was hit with reluctance when asking for a confirmation notification after rescheduling in person. I was told that the oil and filter change would take 1 hr and it took 3hrs. The staff acted like they did not want me there and annoyed when I asked wait time and if they had my number to notify me for I went to the gym across the street. The total price was twice the amount I was expecting due to false advertisement/answer to my clarifying question of conventional (synthetic blend on website) vs full synthetic. I made the mistake of trying to go closer to home for this service. P.S. Great Tire Service though 10/10 just not oil and filter change.

I had 4 new tires put on my Tahoe. Days later, I noticed a tire with an apparent slow leak. After filling it w air I realized the tire sensors were never recalibrated. I took it back for service and ended getting charged for a tire repair. I will not return for any services again. The manager who helped me was also very rude and never said anything about charging for a repair. It was done without my knowledge or consent.
