If you're looking for traditional, matter of fact service, they get the job done, tell you what is needed and not a bunch of BS, this is your place. I appreciate the heck out of this place for being honest and simple. Literally a group of a+ mechanics doing what they do best. If you want to have salesman attention, this isn't your place. I have 100% switched all of our car service to Precision in Englewood from a place that's well known in our area, and will not go back.

The gentleman that helped was amazing and I couldnt thank you him enough. My car barely made it into the parking lot, before my from driver side tire fell off. He educated my on the problem, and went beyond to reach out to warranty company and he took care of everything and my car was done and ready and driving comfortably Thank you

Jonathan had been and was great. Very customer service friendly and informative. I had to take my car back because it doesn’t sound right. I had the starter replaced and there should be a noise as it is started. But he is taking another look and making it right.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My dad took his new truck to Precision Auto to be checked out. When he got it back, it had clearly been run into a garage door or similar object, leaving thousands of dollars in damage. The manager, Jonathan, claimed they have security cameras - but conveniently, “they don’t work.” Jonathan was supposed to call my dad back about the situation, but he never did. I ended up calling myself, only to have him suggest that my dad caused the damage himself. That is beyond insulting. Let me be clear: my dad is one of the most honest men you will ever meet. He had the truck only three days before this happened, and he knows exactly when and where damage occurs to his own vehicle. Now he’s stuck with a $4,000 repair bill for something that happened under their

Their techs were very helpful, the invoice is very detailed, I am happy we chose this place. My car needed a new turbo, something to do with the antifreeze reservoir, and the ac compressor had a leak it in it, they did such a good job in a short amount of time. I will definitely be going back for my routine maintenance.
