I had the pleasure of meeting Paul this evening. I called on my way home from work to ask if they would be able to fix a head light for me, Paul offered to stay until I arrived there, I was 15 minutes away, it was 5:45pm and he mentioned he would be leaving shortly but offered to stay yo check my headlight anyway to see if it was an easy fix. I arrived right at 6, he checked it out, found the bulb for me, and then installed it as well. He was so kind to stay, and go out of his way to help. He provided exceptional service with a such a friendly, genuine attitude to match. Give this man a raise!

We needed a new battery for our Tacoma. Jack checked our current battery, installed the new one and made sure none of our settings were lost in the process. This is something we would not have known to do if we replaced it ourselves. It is obvious Jack enjoys working at Advance Auto Parts and is very knowledgeable. Will be going back in the future for a great selection of auto parts, accessories and professional, courteous staff.

I've visited this location several times over the years, and I keep going back to them because the people are truly helpful. I never feel like I'm inconveniencing them with my automotive "quests" and my seemingly endless questions, and more often than not, they've gone the extra mile to help. I've never had a bad experience with any team member there. Most notably, Scott has been consistently helpful and real with his answers and advice. I don't feel that I'm being sold a part just to make a sale. They are knowledgeable folks who really "give a heck" and are doing their best for their customers.

Great experience at this location. Battery died on Sunday and brought my car in to get a new battery. Andrew took care of us and installed a new battery in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Staff was very helpful. We blew a tire while visiting Fairhope and had to drive here and luckily were able to use the tools with no cost to put on a spare tire. The employees even helped and we were able to get back safely.
