mr. scott helped replace all my windshield wipers. he is such a ray of sunshine and positivity! he made the whole experience fun and joyful. he is truly amazing at what he does and a genuine person. all of his team were incredible as well and such nice people. the whole crew needs a big bonus for all their hardwork! 1000/10 :)

This is the second time I have used Autozone in Fairhope. First time to replace my battery and the second to replace the battery in my key fob. Both times very friendly and helpful. Today Elizabeth helped me with the key fob. Very professional staff greets you when you walk in. I will definitely use them again when needed.

One of my warning lights came on intermittently & I do not know enough about cars to determine if this was a real warning or not. I went to this AutoZone & all the staff was great! Manager Scott took the time to show me what I needed to look at & also was diligent to research making sure I got the correct product. This saved me what would probably have been an expensive visit to the dealership & I can’t thank him & the rest of the staff enough! I would definitely recommend this location & will go back to see them again! Thank you!
