Patrick and Lucassen Paint & Body made the whole experience of getting our truck repaired through our insurance a breeze. They dropped me off at enterprise to get my rental, picked me up from enterprise when it was time to drop off the rental, and Patrick even went the extra mile of helping me move all my things from the rental back into my truck. I really appreciated their kindness with each interaction, and highly recommend them to anyone needing any paint or body services. Hopefully we don’t need any future services, but on the chance we do, we will return to Lucassen.

A great experience at Lucassen…. My Tacoma was T-Boned at the Fairhope flower clock intersection. Damaging left rear door, aft part of cab, fender flair and step up rail. Lucassen pre ordered parts, gave good advice on dealing with the other driver’s insurance and returned my car to me a couple days earlier than expected. Their work is top notch. My truck is now better than new. Amazing company!

I brought my car to Luccasen Collision and Paint on the recommendation of a service shop, and I’m so glad I did. The team was incredibly kind and professional, and they took the time to work with me for quite a while to try and solve my issue. They went above and beyond in their customer service—one of the guys was even heading to lunch in downtown Fairhope and offered me a ride so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting. That kind of thoughtfulness and personal care really stood out. I highly recommend them for their honesty, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile.

They had me at hello! Patrick and the entire staff at Lucassen Paint & Body warmly welcomed me, offerred optional repair/replace solutions, kept me apprised as the work was being performed, finished the job in the estimated amount of time (just 5 working days) AND nearly detailed my truck inside and out. Their customer service is steller and I never expected a car wash but it really made me so happy! My backup camera, windshield wiper and automatic tailgate are all brand new! If you need auto paint/body work done then go straight to Lucassen! I hope I don’t need them again but I’ll know where to go if I do.

Very professional and courteous team! I had a few issues after repairs (no fault of theirs) and Patrick picked up my car, took it to the mechanic and returned it to me at work! This is above and beyond service! I highly recommend.
