I had the most outrageous experience. I bought N item for $21 and after I paid for it I got no receipt. I asked for the receipt but the person there refused. So, I said, if I do not get a receipt I don’t want the part. He walked away stating that he can’t return the item. I asked for the manager. He replied that he is the manager (later on I found out he was not the manager)There were two other employees on the floor but instead of helping they ignored the situation. So, I spoke louder asking for my money back. The employee who happened to be African American approached me and all of the sudden pushed me with his both hands very violently. I ended up calling the police. The police went to the store and got me a receipt. They told me that the manager was actually inside and he came out and

Chloe is one of your finest employees, however this location is filled to the brim with quality staff. I would rather let a car stay immobilized than shop at another parts distributor. Promote Chloe to store manager after you promote your current manager to regional staffing manager because they know how to maintain a team.

Wouldn't advice going to this store unless Kim or Connor (store manager) are working at the time you go there. The other staff are slow, lazy and don't care about even making sure you get the correct parts, and give excuses when they are moving slow or give you the wrong parts.

Because they refused to give me a receipt I asked to return the part and give me my money back. They refused. Then, one employee much smaller than me pushed with both of his hands. I composed myself as I did not want to hurt no one, but I got the police involved. Eventually, they gave the police a receipt. People there are extremely ignorant, sick and untrained in unbelievable way. Avoid this place at all cost. Totally sick people.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. A young lady installed my wiper blade in less than a minute for no extra charge. I will buy any stuff for my cars here after that very nice experience.
