I haven't had any problems with him. When I go in I pretty much know who's the most experience Rep. on duty. For those not mechanically inclined. It's always good to get both reps in on your decision so you can make a decent one. If they both are in agreement then you'll feel more comfortable. Always remember, the only stupid question is the question you don't ask. Especially, when it comes to your hard earned money! Special note: it's also good to call more than one auto parts store for competitive pricing to save you some time and aggravation. Take care of that car and it'll take care of you. Happy Motoring.🤞
