We had to stop in an emergency cause our windshield wipers stopped working during heavy rain. Our hood latch was also having problems opening. The older gentlemen walked over banged once on the hood and it popped right open. He immediately found the wiper motor and moved it so that the connection was better and they worked again. Definitely knew exactly what he was doing and we were in and out in 5mins or less. If we didn't live in a different state I would love for him to work on any vehicles I have.
