I can't thank BJ enough for all his help the day we broke down on the side of the road on our way through Flomaton heading to NC for a vacation. He was the first person to answer on a Saturday when all places were closed including McDaniel's and he didn't hesitate for a second to come pick my 3 kids, dog and mom up on the side of the road right away! He had their tow truck bring the car to the shop to see what they could do for us. Our family was sooo grateful for the quick action and helping us to order a part and fix it while we rented a car to continue our journey. They had it fixed as soon as the part came in. A great family owned business. Everyone was friendly and informative about my situation. Driving through town my alternator started going out. Luckily they were able to grab the part and had it over with quickly. Pricing was fair for labor, parts everywhere are expensive but on par with what we expected. It was quality work and well worth it! Hopefully I won’t have to come back but if you do, the folks at McDaniel are the people to see.
