Very very knowledgeable and good at what they do, had time to dig into finding the part for my 30 yr old Ford truck, and answered my question when zi showed them other parts I purchased from the Advanced chain of stores .

Went to buy Mobile 1 ow20 motor oil and saw Napa offered better price and ask manager to price match but he declined my request. Advance Auto should price match with Napa and I did that last time with different brunch so manager seems unknowable and doesn’t have any idea about price match. His name was Moe. Update: later I went to AutoZone and the crew price matched right away with Napa auto parts without calling manager or making excuses. Needs better training to their managers and crew members.

They did a good job trying to analyze my issue. But their results turned out to be wrong when checked by another mechanic. I don’t think it’s intentional, just not as thorough.

Great staff. Very helpful and assist with troubleshooting your check engine light as well as checking electrical battery, charging system. Plenty of parts

I did online pickup ,they were the only store closest to me that had the alternator I wanted for my 1996 Mitsubishi eclipse.I have this car since 2000 and it was garaged for the past 5yrs.Im bringing it out this summer.
