My aunt suggested that I visit Floral Park Auto Body after my car was struck on the passenger side. She had previously visited them and claimed they did excellent work. I called the manager, Greg, and he immediately scheduled a time for me to drop off my car and go to get a rental. I was told to wait two weeks for my car to be ready after leaving it there, but it was ready much sooner. Greg had kept me informed at every stage. I will do business with Greg again in the future since he is the greatest and most professional auto body manager I have ever dealt with.

Greg and the team performed a miracle on my Outback Wilderness! I absolutely love this car—my Subaru Outback Wilderness is my baby, so seeing the front end smashed up was a nightmare. I was stressed about the repairs, but finding Floral Park Auto Body was the best thing that could have happened. Greg (the manager) was incredible from start to finish. He is exactly what the reviews say: proactive, honest, and handles all the insurance headaches so you don't have to. Most importantly, the work is absolute beautiful. They paid meticulous attention to the details (even the Geyser Blue paint match is perfect). They took my car from "wrecked" back to "showroom brand new." If you love your car and want it fixed right, go see Greg. Highly recommended!

Greg at Floral Park Auto Body Shop did an absolutely outstanding job guiding me through the entire totaled-car process. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent at every step. Greg took the time to explain all my options, offered honest advice, and helped me navigate the insurance process smoothly.

My car was parked and someone ran into it. Drivers front wheel and door was damaged. I took it to Floral Park Auto shop. The store manager Gregg looked at repairs and gave me a quote. He said if I wanted to get it repaired he would take care of everything. And that he did! He worked with Insurance company to get inspection completed and had my car fixed in 7 days. The work was beautiful! I didn’t see any dents and the paint job made the whole car look brand new. Gregg was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I’ve had getting repairs. No games, he met the time line he gave me. They even went out there way by cleaning the car. Recommend them 100%.
