Mancz Auto and Tires

This guy's are the BEST !! I've been going to Mancz since we moved into Queens Village 8 years ago. My wife and I have (2) older Trucks. Cris and his team explains the issues which are happening and explains your options to attend to. They don't try to strip your banking account at one visit. The best part was the shop was in walking distance from my house, but they moved to the new shop. We are still customers at Mancz. Cris and his team takes care of our vehicles and I'm pleased !! with being a Mancz customer - Thanks "Guys"

These guys are great! Ive come once before for a tire change, which they were quick efficient and very reasonably priced. Then I got my inspection done with them and same thing, they’re my go to mechanics, they do good work and trustworthy, i would recommend.

The trunk of my car was filled with water. I asked them to drain the water and try to find a source for the issue. All they did was drill two small holes into my trunk to create drains and didn’t even get the water out. I spent the next 20mins cleaning out the water by hand by myself at the shop. I even asked to speak with the mechanic that did the work because I had questions, and the guy kept telling me he wasn’t a mechanic rather than connecting me to someone that could help. Charged me $40 to do my own work. Photo below is me cleaning out my own trunk. I would give a lower score if I could.

As a single woman taking my car to get repairs I cannot express how fair and honest this place is. They have never tried to upcharge or do any unnecessary work; they just figure out what the issue is and fix it, all for a fair price. A true gem, hidden in a pit of money hungry snakes, for anyone, really, who relies on another person to handle truly fix their vehicle.

This has been my neighborhood mechanic shop for over 25 years. The sheer honesty and quality of the work is phenomenal. You do not need to judge the garage by its door because someone is always outside to welcome you with honest affordable service. They service and perform all types of domestic/import and /even exotic Auto and tire repair. They go out of their way to accommodate your specialty and racing needs. And if you're in Queens village even Bayside or floral Park there is no compariaon. Ask for Rob, Chris the other Chris and of course Syd and the rest of the staff.
