You know, it is sometimes hard to review places that are franchises or "chain stores," and the deciding factor truly depends upon the people that work at each individual location. That is precisely what stands out about this Advance Auto Parts store. During my visit, I was pleased with the full stock availability in the store and the folks assisting me not only knew their stuff, they were very personable, polite, and very engaging in a humorous way. It's great to have a place where you feel so comfortable shopping at while also receiving quality products for your hard-earned dollars. I love having the opportunity to support locations with my business when the business actually employs people who like their job and do it well. I'll be back - gotta take care of my pampered Dodge Charger! 😉👍

I woke up to a mostly dead battery this morning, the coldest day since 2022! After work I drove to Advance Auto to switch out my battery. I drive a newer Toyota, so of course it’s more complicated than just a quick change of the battery. D was the person who ended up helping me and I cannot say enough good things about him! We thought I was going to have to reach out to my dealership to get a security code (they never called me back). D was able to get my battery switched out without my car completely resetting and needing the security code after all. He truly saved the day and was so kind and attentive in the process.

Great store , always well stocked for what I need. Employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Great prices. Online ordering is easy to navigate. Online order was complete and ready when they said it was.

Went there in the evening hours to get refrigerant for my work truck. Thought it was weird that they didn't have a display on the sales floor in the middle of summer. Asked one of the associates who went into the back to get me some. He came out with the 49.99 can with the nozzle that is already on the can. I worked a long day so I was kind of in a hurry. The can had some blue painters tape holding the hose to the can. He said it was fine the rubber band or whatever holds the hose to the can broke off. I didn't think anything of it until the next morning when I gave the can a shake right before I was going to plug it in. Well, the can seemed to be already half empty. I was going to take it back and make a big stink, but honestly it isn't worth my time. I'm going to be shopping at one
