I absolutely love this location, and ladies, you will love it as well. The staff is consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If you need a specific part, Andrew and Larry will take the time to research it thoroughly and make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. And if it’s something simple like wipers or other quick replacements they’re more than willing to assist you on the spot. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the professionalism they exemplify.

I met with Andrew and he was really helpful. I needed a new battery and instead of saying they didn’t have it or they couldn’t help with the install he went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. Definitely recommend this location to anyone needing something for their car!

I visited advance auto at glendale heights i experience manager Andrew was on his personal phone with Bluetooth on when I asked for help he was very rude and screaming at me that I disturbed him at his job, wouldn't help at all, he bang computer, I will never go to advance auto again, I hope co operate will take action again him. When I try to return unopen parts with receipt he would return told me to go different store. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, they seemed put off and uninterested in helping me.

Guy in there didn't want to work. I walked in asking for an m14 1.5 lug bolt. He said and I quote "I have too many to look through, and it will take me some time." That's it not come back a bit later; we are busy. They weren't busy, actually nothing. Basically, I don't want to do it. Not going back there again.
