Firestone Complete Auto Care

To begin, Ezequiel Carbajal was my service specialist. Several days before the service was done, I received a quote from him because I wanted to take advantage of the sale that was going on. The pricing was quite reasonable, so I set up an appointment. When I arrived they took my car in at the exact time of my appointment. I decided to wait in the waiting room while the work was being done and it took less time than expected. Not only did I buy 4 tires, I bought the upgraded service for front end alignment. Now, my front end alignment is checked every time I will come in for the tire rotation every 5,000 mines. Great value and excellent service from Ezequiel and the entire crew.

I took my car for a tire inspection because the air pressure in my tires was dropping every other day. I first went to Firestone, where they told me the tires were fine and that nothing needed to be changed. However, after filling the air and driving home, I had the same problem again the very next day. I then went to Discount Tire, and within five minutes they properly checked my tires and diagnosed the issue. Firestone never informed me of any problem and did not inspect the tires properly. This was very unprofessional behavior by their employees and put my safety at risk. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone. It is better to go to Discount Tire, where they provide better service and better pricing. Please save your life and dont go there at firestone!!!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I dropped my car off I told the employee that the reason I made the appointment is because I need the car for a road trip tomorrow, so I need the car back today. Once it was 45 minutes left until they closed and I hadn't hear anything about my car, I called. They said they hadn't gotten to the car and claimed I told the employee they can wait until tomorrow to work on it (which is the exact opposite of what I said). I was told their last mechanic already left, so I was left with no choice but to pick up the car without service.

I have been a loyal customer of Firestone Complete Auto Care for the past 5 years and have always had decent experiences, which makes this visit very disappointing. I came in for a wheel alignment, and the customer service I received was extremely unprofessional. The person at the counter was rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked him to update my details because they were incorrect, he responded aggressively and used inappropriate language. This is not the level of service I expect as a long-term customer. Very disappointed with how I was treated.

Firestone delivered exactly what I needed with zero hassle. The staff was professional, quick, and made sure my car was taken care of the right way. Great service, fair pricing, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
