I was extremely happy with the experience that I had. My salesman was Angel and he was very kind and helpful. I did appreciate that I didn’t feel pushed around, Angel definitely helped me throughout the whole experience. I was able to negotiate everything very smoothly without it taking too much time. By the time we had agreed on the price and trade in all my paperwork was ready to sign. When I shop for a vehicle I always like to go in at least knowing who I’ll finance with by having my pre approval letter ready to make sure the process doesn’t take too long. Luciano also known as “Primo” was also such a sweetheart. He explained everything I was signing in detail which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. From the previous 5 dealerships I purchased from I definitely have to say this
