Dan who I believe is the store manager….went ABOVE and BEYOND for me today like usual but today was so helpful i wanted to share. He’s usually who I deal with at this location. He’s knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful of customers. Always have what I need for the job. Thanks again for outstanding customer service.

I went to my local Advance Auto Parts to shop for windshield wiper blades for 2 vehicles. They have a current rebate offer on their Bosch Focus wiper blades, so I chose that brand. While checking out, Dan Miller helped me save even more money on the wiper blades thanks to explaining their 2 yr warranty offer and how it works. He even reminded me to put an alert in my phone calendar as I use that calender for everything anyway. He also helped save me a return trip as I picked the incorrect rear wiper blades. I highly recommend asking for Dan if you need help at the Hampstead branch of AAP.

Don’t trust these people they lie to you over the phone give you different price over the phone and say they will give you discount but when you come they won’t give you discount. DON’T TRUST THEM!!

I have only fantastic things to say about This Advance Auto Parts, with Manager Mike and his staff. I've purchased $500 plus in parts for one of my sister's vehicle's, and even more spent on several other vehicles I own. Every time I "think" I know what I need, I've been wrong, lol, and the staff has kindly and professionally pointed me in the right direction. Thank goodness for honest hard-working professionals at Advance. Thanks to the entire team.

My battery needed replacing. Brendan was able to get me in and out in 20 minutes, including diagnostic test to make sure it was the battery and not the alternator, and full install. great service!! I called ahead to make sure they weren't busy and would be able to do the install. THANK YOU!!!
