Matthews Tire & Auto Services

A small town feel, great customer service, prices are great, friendly and prompt. The wife's car broke down up the street, we were able to limp it to them, boom fixed, didn't cost me a weeks salary. THEN, I needed assistance with tag and tile AME is the best. Works right next door, in and out in minutes, walked me through the process (my first time). Super friendly and affordable as well. Highly recommend. This is AFTER I spent time and effort (3 visits, I got nowhere, they had the wrong documents on the website, rude and overpriced) at Maryland's supposed #1 TT&T (multiple locations, 0/10 do not recommend EVER using them).

Highly Recommend Matthews Tire & Auto Services! Called the week before Christmas for an issue on my 2006 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado 4WD V8 with my driver's side front wheel making horrible nosies that was getting worse the more I drove. During this extremely busy time of year they were able to fit me in on 12/22/25. I dropped my truck off the night before and left the key in the overnight drop off slot. Was called around 11 am with the diagnosis of my front drivers side wheel bearing dangerously broken and needing replaced. they also noticed my front breaks could use replacing (rotors and pads). I decided to do all work that was recommended. All Work was completed same day and for a very affordable price. The customer service was perfect, very friendly and professional. They were not push

Fast, efficient, affordable auto service with very nice employees :) I needed a new tire, I called and they had it ready in just a day. Not only that, but they charged less than half of what the dealership where I got my car was going to charge me!

Best price in my area on a new set of tires (by about $200). Installed while I waited. Free, lifetime rotations included as well. Highly recommended.

took my car here to get it inspected and they failed me for my tail light saying the whole thing needed replaced. Pulled it out of there and got it looked at and the tail light was just unplugged and they were trying to quote me $60. Not to mention they quoted me over $500 more to do the work my car needed than another shop who did a perfect job for much less. Maybe others have had better experiences but I wouldn’t recommend.
