Had to replace tag lights and had no idea how. YouTubed it and was trying to DIY in the parking lot and store manager LATONA came out and helped me out and got it done! She’s the best! Top tier customer service.

Nathan was kind, generous, helpful, and PATIENT! I needed a new battery. Installing the battery in my car is a pain, but he powered through it with a smile on his face! Every time we come to this Advance Auto we are met with courteous and prompt service! Thank you so much!!!

I went in at 8:30 (30 minutes before closing) the door was unlocked and an employee came out from the back telling me they were closed, all I wanted was to warranty a battery so I could get home and he refused, i even offered to pay him extra just to do his job, won't be going back after being stranded like that and I've probably spent 2 grand last year on parts, way to treat your customers ill be going right down the road to oreilys now.

This is my go to parts place they are always very knowledgeable and I get the right part the first time for a very reasonable price

I'll keep it short, Customer service was terrible the manager should not be in that position. Will not be back to that store, and I have a commercial account.
