Wasn't thrilled with my stop today. I went in to find a special on engine oil and an oil filter. I found an oil special with a $15.00 store credit, which I intended to use for the $15.00 oil filter, but when I got up to the counter, I learned I had to pay for the oil and filter out of pocket and wait for a $15.00 store credit to arrive in the mail. I wasn't interested in that approach and decided to go elsewhere for my oil and filter special. I'm sure it's not the fault of the store or staff. I'm assuming it's a corporate decision...

Advanced auto was a garbage prior to going to High springs Florida Advanced auto. I had been to others around the country while traveling and the employees sucked. Had to call what feels like 20 places to find what I was looking for. The person that answered the phone here was very kind and helpful, knew what I was looking for right away. Worth the hour and a half drive.

This store is managed by Andy and without hesitation he is the best, knowledgeable, extremely professional and courteous beyond any auto parts store I've ever seen. The store he manages is superbly clean and well stocked. I give him my highest recommendation for doing business for your automotive needs. Andy should be promoted to District Manager.
