I've been twice now. First for an oil change, and today for brakes. Both times Melisaa was so helpful and up front about the price. My services were completed in a very reasonable time. And the inside of my car was still clean and didnt stink like a dirty teenage boy. Compared to some other places I've been. Thanks Melissa for all your knowledge and experience.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle in to Auto ER in High Springs! They have great customer service, and are friendly, fast, and trust worthy. Melissa is wonderful and is always happy to explain to me what services my car needs attention with immediately, and which ones I can choose to complete at a later oil change to keep up with preventative maintenance. Be aware — this place is a scam. I only went in for an oil change, which already cost almost double the normal price in Gainesville. I was in a rush, so I went ahead with it, but then they gave me a “recommended repairs” list totaling almost $700. I refused because it felt extremely suspicious. Thankfully, I went to get a second opinion at another shop — and NONE of the issues they claimed were real. Absolutely none. They are taking advantage of people and charging outrageous prices for things that don’t need to be fixed. Be very careful when going to this place. They are not honest, and they try to scam customers.
