Called and my battery was under warranty lady on the phone said to come in and get it replaced. Came in and the guy at the counter kept saying I should buy a new battery because the warranty would be for longer…defeats the purpose of the current warranty getting me a new battery at no cost vs paying for a new battery to last just as long. Feel like this guy is trying to take advantage or swindle people into buying things they don’t need. Had an attitude and just kept repeating that my battery warranty for the one being replace would only be for 1 month and that I should buy a new one.

Mike was great help after a squirrel chewed through a wiring harness. He helped me eradicate the problem and find a solution to get me running. Thanka

From the company policy to product to service, I would not recommend Advanced Auto Parts and try another store. I couldn't get the car battery from them to start. I called a tow guy jumped it and we made it halfway down the block before it shut off and I had to call the same tow guy to get my car to a shop. At White Dog Auto, they tested and charged it overnight and still couldn't get it working properly and tested it, determining it was a defunct battery. When I got my car back and went to Advanced to get a refund on my battery, the guy blamed me for having the car shop use their battery and said I should've gotten another battery from them instead. I came in 20 minutes before closing during a bad lightning storm and had a great experience with speedy service for a new battery.
