I ordered online, store pickup. When I came in, I was greeted which is always a good sign that a customer coming in can feel welcomed. At the counter there was a different employee who checked me out. It was easy and painless. That certain staff could've showed a little more courteous behavior but all in all, a good place to get your vehicle's parts when other stores don't always stock them.

I gave it three stars because the store is clean. However, I did not find what I needed and when I asked the guy if they carried it he just stood behind the counter and said if they did it would be over there and pointed. They did not have one I needed

Good service and always helpful. Easy parking and always clean inside.

Had a bad battery. -5 degrees with wind chill. RG still replaced it for me.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees, have helped my son with his truck project.
