I stopped in the other day needing new wiper blades for my SUV. I’m 50 years old and not as spry as I used to be, and I’ll be honest, I can handle most things under the hood, but those wiper clips always give me trouble. Tabbi was working that afternoon and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She came right out to the parking lot, made sure I had the correct size blades for all three wipers, including the rear one, and put them on for me in just a few minutes. She even took the time to show me how the clips worked in case I wanted to tackle it myself next time. You don’t always get that kind of patience and good service these days. I needed prices for two different options of an o2 sensor for my friend's Prius and the lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and smiling, which is an A+ in my books!!! Advance is ALWAYS my go to place for everything!! I am a customer for life!!!

They never have what I need. Service is not good at all. Employees are too busy doing anything else than to be available to assist customers. I'm not coming back.

The lead clerk or manager was very helpful. He very willingly showed a new trainee how to cross reference an oil filter. Then he very graciously reminded me of my military discount. Kudos for an excellent job.

Literally placed on hold for 12 minutes just to get a price check. How do you not staff enough employees to answer a phone?
