My vehicle was there for 47 days following a deer collision. Communication was poor and I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. When I picked it up, multiple panels were misaligned and had to be adjusted while I waited. After getting home, I discovered low coolant following a radiator replacement, a broken tab on a “new” OEM headlight, improper headlight aim, and a missing drive belt cover. Some items were corrected after I returned, but the headlights were still not aimed properly. I followed up again by email and did not receive a response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. I suggest thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving. They did a wonderful job on my truck. In very timely manor. Everyone was friendly and they made my truck look better than when it was brand new.

I recently had the hinges of all 4 doors on my Jeep redone by Mitch’s because they were bubbling and showing early signs of rust. The service was great, and I did not take long for the process to be completed despite their lot always being packed full. I also had taken the same Jeep there several years ago after hitting a deer to be repaired. Both times I swear the Jeep looked better than it did when I bought it, and they even cleaned and detailed the entire exterior and interior. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, local or not, because you are putting your vehicle in the hands of knowledgeable techs and a painter that is out of this world.

I recently had my 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack 392 worked on at Mitch's for damage that occurred during a storm. I usually don't make reviews but I feel the need to express the excellent quality of work and customer service I received. The work is absolutely superb! They seriously went above and beyond fixing the damage on my vehicle. Nathan and everyone else I dealt with at the shop were very professional and promptly got back with me about any questions I had. I had been very upset about my car being damaged but they did an excellent job fixing it. It is evident that they really care about the quality of their work. I also had a Chevy Cruze repaired earlier this year from deer damage. The repair was great and the entire car was cleaned. It looked awesome! I will recommend them to anyo

Called for appointment, was able to get me in fast! The work was better than I could ever imagine. Amazing paint job, and took out a small dent in hood without being asked or added to price.. Very Impressed!!!
