Amazing experience!!!! The service department was extremely knowledgeable about my Kenworth helping repair my truck and get me back on the road in a timely manner. Very professional. They also had the parts to expedite the repairs and worked with me on the cost. I highly recommend Enterprise ( KW) service, Keyser, WV. I’ve been an o/o for years and this was the most pleasant maintenance experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Y’all 😁

5 stars to the men working the second shift!! (Josh,Garrett,Greg) They went above and beyond to get me back on the road!! I was in a tight spot and within 2-3 hours a transmission part on my Kenworth t800 was replaced and working as expected!

Kieth and Tom in service goes out there way to help customers and works with them I would recommend them and there whole shop crew they do very excellent work nice and neat and no guess games done on our trucks

The staff here where very kind and understanding even gave me a couple chicken pot pies to eat also they where very nice to me and my dog while we waited for our repair
