Advance Auto Parts

Ever since I've been driving advance Auto parts employees would always help a customer. I specifically went to this advanced to ask for them to help me change my bulb because I didn't have the star screwdriver and he made a big deal out of it like it couldn't be done and they don't do it. Which is a lie I will never go to advanced again for any of my auto needs

I'll be coming here for all of my car needs. I needed new wipers and Mazda didn't care to tell me I needed a very specific type of wiper. I couldn't install the ones I bought because they were the right size, wrong type 🤬 I found the right ones and came to Advance. They had my type and size of wiper in multiple brands and prices. And Eddie helped me get the wrong piece off and the correct piece on. I was able to install my wipers in about 30 seconds, thanks to friendly Eddie's help. Give that man a raise! Thanks for saving my day, Eddie!

Closes B4 listed time so if u can't make it in the store by 830 don't bother. Should chanGe the time you close if u Gonna waste ppl's time.

Great customer service and they took my oil and battery s I didn't want

I was just in there this morning getting windshield wipers and I already knew what size and brand I wanted I just had a yes or no question when I was looking at a different brand. The guy goes “honey why don’t you go to the counter and let them tell you what you need so you don’t mess up” 1 I’m not your freaking honey 2 I just told you I knew what I wanted I just had a question about the other brand cause I was curious the difference in what they offer. This place is not female friendly, they treat you like you are incompetent!
