Wash Wizard Car Wash Ladson Road

Bugs were always still on the front end of my car I always had to scrub them off. The sprayer for the wheels was always spotty. A couple times I had to run my Jeep through it a second time to clean it correctly. I had prior membership with them when they first opened and it took forever for them to fully cancel my request. I only got their membership again because it’s the closest most convenient car wash where I live. Gave them a second opportunity and it’s still a miss. I Cancelled my membership on Jan 13th and was charged the next month (Feb 13th). Did not even realize until I seen my bank statements. I’ve been calling nonstop leaving voicemails. No one ever answers the phones when trying to contact the N.Main street location. After this I will never go back to this company for a member

By far my favorite car wash - they don’t miss! Staff is always friendly & accommodating. The colorful lights year round and during the holiday season are a huge plus! I always leave with my car super clean!! Bonus points: my sitter took my child to Wizard Wash too and he came back with a carwash book! He’s obsessed with car washes right now. (Minus the scrubbies part lol, too loud for him).

We are at the location on Ladson Rd. Love the color changing and graphics going through the wash. Car was very clean coming out. Love that cleaning towels are available. Very impressed! Next time will bring our 2 & 4 year old they will love it.

Horrible customer service! I went to vacuum out my car but the guy working said I had to get a car wash first. I asked him how much it was and he said “you gotta go”. Ummmm ok happily went down the street to Tommy’s car wash I completely understand having to pay for a car wash to use the vacuum. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the guy working was so rude he wouldn’t even tell me the cost of the car wash so that I could go through, he simply told me “you gotta go”. He lost you guys business.

Nice facility. Automatic car wash does a great job. They provide microfiber cloths, glass cleaning fluid, air hoses and matt cleaners. Staff is always walking around to make sure everything is clean and stocked.
