I had my Audi in here recently, dropping it off for the day. I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of service. The inspection notes were detailed and honest; no scare tactics were used, which are unfortunately all too common at repair shops. Jill, the service writer, provided quotes for everything, and I know the quotes are well below what the local Audi dealership would likely charge for the same jobs. I will be trusting Ottohaus with all future services for my Audi.

My BMW literally died in their parking lot. The car wouldnt start and the engine was leaking oil. I thought the car was finished. Ottohaus did a great job fixing my car. They were honest and helpful and accurately troubleshot the problems and had the car fixed. I will always come back here and will always recommend to those in need.

If you have a VW, you already know how difficult it can be to establish trust with any automotive shops for repairs/maintenance. I'm new to the area and I didn't have any connections or referrals to use when my VW needed help. I came across Ottohaus after some thorough internet searches, and I am so happy I did. 100% I will definitely be coming back in future - I wouldn't bat an eye anywhere else! My vehicle had some fuel injectors replaced previously from a mobile mechanic out of state, and started to act funny a few months later. They did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue. Receptionist acted like I was an inconvenience and said they don’t have the software to work on a BMW with a tail lamp malfunction. This is an electric car but it uses the same software (ISTA) as any other BMW. Zero effort offered to help repair the car. This attitude surprised me because they have been awesome in the past with some issues on our Mercedes GL450. Edited Review to reflect a professional resolution to the issue.

Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. Josh was super to work with. I didn't buy more than I needed and when I had some more trouble he took a look and didn't charge me a fortune for diagnostics when he figured out I just needed a new key. Really appreciate working with Ottohaus, especially after chasing a problem for about a year to have him recognize the problem right away. When all was finished I received an itemized bill that was within $50 of his estimate for the work. If you're a car person, working with Ottohaus is a bonus. I really enjoy learning new things about the car and talking shop. He's super helpful if I decide to work on something myself to make sure I have a decent idea what I'm getting myself into.
