They go above and beyond with trying to get your best deal with your parts. Went in there with an airboat filter trying to get a match for the closest one. And they took their time looking still did not have it. But that was expected.But just for the time they took to look was much appreciated, very unique staff and clean store and fair price

Shopped at lady lake store and was helped by a very kind gentleman name was Dustin. He took the time to show me the part explained warrenty and a tip how to do the job properly. He even suggested the proper tool to help the job go easier. He suggested some hand cleaner and shop rags to clean up afterwards. Really appreciate the time and his knowledge to help this old guy get the job done. Cant thank him enough. Dustin is the man.

We stopped by this AutoParts store in Lady Lake about an hour before closing because we urgently needed replacement bulbs for our truck before hitting the road. John was incredibly kind and helpful — he not only sold us the lights we needed but also went out of his way to install them for us, with the best attitude and great knowledge. We’re so grateful for his help and kindness. From now on, this will absolutely be our go-to store for anything our vehicles need. Highly recommend!

I have ordered online for in store pickup many times and each one has been successful. All in all, of the big four auto parts places, I think Advanced Auto Parts has their act together?
