I've been a customer of Vaughn's for quite a while. Vaughn's was amazing. Unfortunately I had a less than desirable experience with the new ownership, Jimmy's. I brought my car in due to a noise in the front end, a check engine light, for a full synthetic oil change, and to have my air conditioner looked at (it only blows hot air). They were unable to recreate the front end noise, even though they had my car for 3 days. Pulling out of the parking lot after work completion, it still made the noise for me. I was unable to get any specific details on the check engine light, nothing typed up, just some informal information and a "you need to purchase the parts from, and have the work done, at a dealership." When I went to pay for my $85 synthetic oil change I was told it would be $70, due
