Amazing customer Service and extremely professional. Jessica was very helpful by going out of her way to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed properly. She even went as far as calling my insurance company while I was still on the line to ensure the documentation process was correct and efficient! The technician that performed the job was also very knowledgeable and thorough thru out the entire process. Bottom line, outstanding support from the first call to the completion of the job!!

Updated Review 3/4/2024: Orange Blossom Auto Glass called me and agreed to fix my window scratch and car paint scratch at no cost to me. Came out 2 days later and looks perfect. Thank you! Original Review 2/23/2024: My car was recently broken into via the passenger rear window. Called Orange Blossom Auto and they were able to service me that day and come to my home within a couple hours. Reason I am giving this 3 stars is because while the tech was great and very knowledgeable (even went out of his way to return to the shop as he was given the wrong glass), he chipped my car paint pretty good and installed a glass that had a noticeable scratch on it.

Bill, gave me a courtesy call when he would arrive. Showed up we dialoged on the work to be done, and he immediately went to work. Removing my old cracked window in his own vehicle trash bin and vacuuming out any remaining bits of glass. Bill was friendly worked efficiently, and my 2015 Toyota Highlander had its rear passenger window installed and working like new. Payed him after he was finished and was a pleasant business exchange. Would recommend Bill and Orange Blossom Auto Glass for anyone's auto glass repair.

I would recommend this company to everyone in Central Florida! The company was prompt on returning my call. They were available the next day. The technician did a fabulous job and was able to replace my window at my home and calibrate my windshield with my front cameras. They also did a follow up call to make sure everything went OK And if there were any issues with sealing, stress cracks after the repair they reassured me they will take care of it. Overall, great customer service and communication and they exceeds expectations.

From my initial call to the office, the office contacting the insurance company and calling me back with confirmation, to the installation was all friendly, professional service!
