Fantastic experience. The one employee got backed up, explained the situation and handled it perfectly. Got to my car the second he could. Offered great suggestions and was exceptionally polite. Give Mike Thompson a raise!!! Or you will lose a leader!

Today has been utter chaos! Long story short, my car has been acting super crazy for the last few weeks. I ended up at this location this morning after my car, again, did not start properly. I was flustered and emotional but Izzy took great care of me! She helped get my battery tested and said the reading was a little low so she suggested leaving it there for them to charge. She was super patient and knowledgeable with what was going on. It took some time, but we're good to go!! When I came back, they did one more test and found everything in the green zone. YAY!

Older man working was very rude and didn't seem to want to help any customers, he was also rude to the older woman working there when she was trying to help me with something that he clearly didn't want to help me with. Thank you to the woman, she was very helpful. I will never go to this location again!!!

The manager Sean is world class in customer service! Helped change my battery when it was subzero temps. The store and the staff amazing!

The Raphael is still the standard for Kansas City. Classy elegant rooms and lobby and great service. The Chaz restaurant also was a lot of fun to ring in the new year. Great small plates and great jazz.
