Advance Auto Parts

I had to go to Advanced Auto Parts last night to get coolant for my son’s car. The car didn’t have any heat and I was freezing. There were two young men working. The 1st young man (I didn’t catch his name) was so helpful and kind. He found the coolant I needed and went to grab it for me. I asked to use the restroom. I mistakenly knocked down some boxes on the way and he was also very sweet about that. When I told him what was going on with the car, he told me that he would look at it. Another customer came, so he had Isaiah help me. It was freezing outside. Isaiah came out and checked to see if the car was giving a service code. He told me the engine was fine and he offered to pour the coolant in. When I asked to give him a tip, he kindly said “No, ma’am. I did this for you, I have to look

I had a great experience here. I came to buy a cabin air filter and the front desk guy is very kind and understanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly and offered helpful advice. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

We’ve been there many times before and they are always very helpful. They have a large variety of parts and help you find the right part for your car. Yesterday, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, we had a dead battery. We got the car to Advance around 2:00. They helped us immediately and we were back on the road in less than an hour. I will definitely be returning to Advance for my automotive needs!

I placed an order with the Livingston Advance Auto Parts for same-day delivery within a specific time frame, and the order never arrived. I ended up having to drive to the store myself to get the part, completely defeating the purpose of paying extra for same-day delivery. When I went to the store, they only refunded me for the part, not the delivery fee. It’s unacceptable to charge customers for a service that was never fulfilled. I expect a full refund, including the same-day delivery fee. Very disappointed with this experience and the lack of accountability. Will be reconsidering future business with this location.

Giuseppe was really helpful today with finding the right wiper blades for my Altima. He replaced them for me and fixed one piece that was loosened due to the heavy snow.
