Gogel Tire and Auto Repair

I arrived at Gogel Tire with a tire that was rapidly losing air. Unfortunately, due to the location of the puncture, it couldn’t be patched. They didn’t have my tire in stock and initially expected it might take a day to get one. However, they made several calls and were able to locate a new tire and install it relatively quickly. Getting a flat tire is always an inconvenience, but the team at Gogel made the experience as quick and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciated their effort and great service.

Visiting this shop is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic. The website is straight to the point and easy to use. I was able to drop my car off 24 hrs early which was extremely convenient. "Dave” gave a call first thing in the morning with my diagnosis, quote, and time the car would be ready. I received the call to pick up within the promised timeframe. Pricing was extremely fair, and Dave was honest with regards to what my 911s were, and what could possibly wait. I’ve been on the search for a reliable mechanic to take my car for maintenance when needed. I’m excited at the thought I found a local mechanic I could trust.

Their service was beyond amazing. Was struggling to decide brand of tire to go with for my EV, reviews were mixed depending where I searched. They were knowledgeable explaining differences, and verified the one I was thinking was the best choice. Only had them a few days, but car handles so much better, can not wait to see how they handle snow.

I can't speak highly enough about the Gogel team and their amazing services. I called in a panic yesterday experiencing unknown tire pressure problems and Corinne was so kind to find time on the schedule to see my car. The process was so easy, helpful, and complete with the Gogel team, and they were able to resolve my problem in record time. Gogel came recommended and I'm glad I listened because their expertise, pricing, and wonderful nature can't be beat.

They were very helpful and accommodating. Corinne wound up saving me a bunch of money by not buying new wheels and just recommending tires. She was highly responsive. Had them sent to Gogel directly and was done with winter set in under 2 hours for the right price. Highly recommended if looking for a tire shop in the Essex county area. Can tell they are a stand up shop and team.
