The folks at advanced auto parts were more than helpful. You could not ask for better service. The big guy with the beard was incredibly nice and did everything he could help me when I showed up with a bolt in my tire. He tried to help me plug the hole and even brought an air compressor to put air in my tire, but the tire plug kit wasn’t working so he even called over to Jiffy Lube and told him that I was coming so that they could try to help me fix it and when I pulled up, they had already know when I was coming and everything went super smooth and he even showed up. I had the Jiffy Lube to make sure that things were still going OK incredibly nice guy and I would’ve been screwed without Him.

I called this store to ask if they had G12 Engine Coolant for my 2011 Audi S5. The nice lady on the phone informed me that while they didn't have it themselves, I can buy that exact coolant from the local VW Dealership. No hesitation, no excuses. I will absolutely rely on this store in the future for advice, whether they have the parts or not. Five Stars.

Was just passing through town and my cigarette lighter stopped working for me to charge my phone. I had no way to get back home. Swung by and they were able to help me find the fuse and get it replaced quickly. Did a great job thank you.
