Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine positivity completely elevated the entire experience. She was attentive, welcoming, and made everything feel effortless. It’s clear she truly takes pride in her work. The store was impeccably clean and beautifully organized, which reflects her dedication and attention to detail. She deserves full credit for creating such a wonderful environment!

I needed a battery for my daughter’s car and the staff came to my rescue. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The young lady who changed the battery was the best super fast. I was so impressed thank you for getting me back on the road.

I came into Advanced Auto in Michigan City and was greeted by a nice man. He asked how he could help, and I asked for a headlight bulb for my car. He found the correct light and went the extra mile to install it for me as well. It was a heartwarming experience. Good old fashion Custer service at its finest. I experienced one of the most unusual feelings I've ever had in a retail store. They say that a manager sets the atmosphere of the store, and I definitely felt unwelcome, awkward, and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The feeling lingered until the manager gave me a surprised and disapproving side-eye when she realized I was still in the store. To break the tension, I made a point to thank her and wish her a great day. Her reply was Mmmhmm.. I couldn’t help but I've hear her say that most employees had walked out on her this week; all I can say is, hmmm 🤔. .... I'm sure she is a nice lady, but she is a horrible pick for any retail business, she should go into collections or billings maybe.
